Nice but not great

I would love to love them. I was looking for a nice container for my products that would also help them last longer. I don't know why, but they tend to collect so much moisture, even with the vents open. I washed my food and dried it very well before putting it in the containers and the next day there was so much condensation inside and under the lid. I don't know, maybe I should put it in the fridge overnight without the lid and then put the lid back on when it has had time to "dry"? I'm not sure. The fans don't seem to make a difference. I'll keep using them because they're expensive, but I'm disappointed they don't seem to help at all.
