Review on 📱 Spigen Tempered Glass Screen Protector for Surface Pro 7 / Surface Pro 7 Plus - Case-Friendly & Reliable Protection by Tammy Larsen

I try to be as objective as possible in my reviews, therefore I received this product damaged in full disclosure. I have an open ticket with Spigen support and will update this review if they contact me and replace the product. That being said, here's my review so far. The installation process couldn't be easier. The top cap has two plastic tabs that make it easy to attach. Comes with a prep cloth that removes all fingerprints and dust with no problem, a microfiber that seemed to add some dust and a very nice large dust removal sticker and two smaller ones. In bright light, I found all the dust particles and easily got rid of them with the help of stickers. Lay the screen perfectly aligned and boom, most of it applies by itself, no bubbles. Here is the damaged piece. There was a very thin crack in the right corner of the center chamber cutout. At first it looked like dust, so I carefully lifted the screen and put a dust sticker on it. Here the train derailed. I found there was a small tear and now the adhesive in the top right corner where I lifted the screen has started to peel off the screen. I tried to fix it which resulted in dozens of stains under the glass. Protector is now toast. The Spigen website in the user guide is not available because it doesn't exist. I found the right site through Revain and sent off the application. I only did it so they wouldn't have a chance to reply. However, I have not received a case number or a confirmation email. Haven't complained about customer service yet but will update once I get a response. Spigen I thought it was a bigger company (I've been using their phone cases for ten years) so I wanted to try this protection. So far it's not the best experience. If you have read this review to this point all I can say is buy with caution. Definitely not the Spigen quality I expected from their rugged phone cases.
