I bought neon light green/yellow leggings for my daughter to wear to school for Wear Neon Day. The leggings are transparent like pantyhose. They are not bulky or compressive like regular leggings. The color doesn't match the picture either. I had to wear shorts over it because they were very thin. It's frustrating because I didn't want to spend $15 on neon leggings, but I figured if they're good quality, even if they're bright, she'll need them. I probably won't use these again.
