However, I like the slimmer and lighter style of this charger.
Around the same time my battery stopped working, my charging cables were exposed. I'm not sure if the issue is related to the new battery or charger, but my laptop doesn't always recognize the charger as a new charger or battery connected. However, I like the slimmer and lighter style of this charger as my original was bulkier. Either way it becomes tiresome to keep unplugging the charger from the laptop until it is detected and starts charging as this can take up to several minutes and takes a lot of my time and patience.
