I wish they were more adjustable in size.

I use two of these on my arms and two on my ankles every night when I walk my pet. It's dark where I am and I feel a little safer because passers-by can see me. in the headlights of passers-by. I don't know if it works if they get wet but I'll see. The only problem I have with them is that they are not adjustable to a smaller size.
