I have a 2009 HD Heritage Softail. This kit came in and replaced the Harley headlights with no modifications. Didn't have to use any of the cable adapters that came with it. Both the main light and the side fog lights were connected immediately. The supplied extension ring did not have to be used. No changes or cuts to anything were required. It took about half an hour to swap out all three. The only tool I needed was a Phillips screwdriver. Went out for a couple of short evening rides to see how big the difference would be. The increased brightness levels and improved visibility are quite noticeable and worth the money in my opinion. I've been wearing them for less than a week but so far I'm very happy with this product.
