I like how easy it was for our employees from multiple locations around country, who have been using different platforms at their own companies or departments (FTEs) across various states/regions of US - they were able use this platform without too much training! Nothing really came up as far we can see but maybe some features could be better organized so that certain processes are more intuitive? We're solving issues with tracking time cards being filled out by FTE's which used other systems before; now everyone has access through one system instead having them fill things independently etc.,.
