Flaws galore: Professional Massager
The first time I received this chair it was assembled backwards by the manufacturer. The footrest was on the back of the chair instead of the front. The chair was returned and the replacement ended up on the right side, but the footrest was visibly scratched and the seller attempted to cover over the marks with a blue-tinted marker. Unreal. It's a nice chair, but you can tell the manufacturer doesn't care.
