As an office worker, I was pleased to learn about Oriday, a web store that sells not only standard office products but also innovative ways to save desk real estate. My interactions with the business were disappointing, however. To begin with, the website's layout and navigation confused and frustrated me. The search bar wasn't very helpful, so it took me a while to locate the information I needed. It took me a long time to find what I was looking for because I kept clicking on unrelated items. Second, the merchandise I was sent was of poor quality. The desk accessories I purchased were poorly made and flimsy, and the space-saving storage options were misleading. I felt like I had bought things that were overpriced and ultimately useless to me. The poor quality of Oriday's customer service only made things worse. It took them days to reply to my emails about my problems, and when they did, their replies were unhelpful and dismissive. It made me feel like my company was not important to them. In sum, working with Oriday was a huge disappointment for me. I would never suggest this business to anyone because of the poor quality of their website, products, and customer service. It's unfortunate that what started out as a strong idea didn't pan out.
