I have been using Tom's for many years. First time with this guy. Fine with a quick brush, but I was cleaning at the computer and spending more time than usual. The inside of my mouth was scaly and the right side of my lips and mouth were swollen overnight. By nightfall the swelling was on my upper lip (did all the wrinkles!). My dentist said that his patients had the most problems with natural toothpaste. On the other hand, I had less plague than usual. Just don't comb too long!
