UPDATE 11/27/2021: I've had these lamps for about 10 months now. About 2 weeks ago one started flickering aggressively and we can't stabilize it. It's practically a flash. Got 3 of these 11 days ago and they've been great. Exactly what we need to work from home in what is essentially a den. The range of light settings was amazing. Daylight for relaxing dim night lighting. We put 1 in the bedroom and 2 in the living room. A few odd properties soon came to light, for example one of the remotes works with 2 lights (worked for the living room!), one of the remotes only works at a certain angle inside. 3 feet from the lamp (okay, it's a switch now, not a remote), without the remote you only have an on/off switch (hope we don't lose or break the remotes!), and one of the lamps only has one 180° rotation while others rotate almost 360° (okay.). It was a little frustrating but it worked. But then the remote control fell to the ground. Now all the lamps are constantly changing between different colors and levels of brightness unless we remove the batteries from that remote control, i.e. the lamp that could be controlled. This remote basically can only be turned off and on unless we put batteries in, quickly change the brightness/temperature and take out the batteries before it works. We fixed the work consoles to the wall to prevent future falls. We are very sorry that we gave away our old lamps. Update: 14 days after receipt one of the plugs had a short circuit. I will contact customer service to see if they replace.
