What you don't see in the picture is that 2 sides/ends of this case are open. When you close the case, the only thing holding the duo in the case is a weak magnetic flap that is magnetically attracted to the duo. If you open the case if you are not careful. Duo can slide right out. Not sure at all. And as mentioned, this OtterBox case is only for the Bumper Duo. There aren't many decent duo cases these days, but the best I've found at Revain is the "Genuine Leather Case for Microsoft Surface Duo". Made from handcrafted genuine leather, it's a simple case to put the duo in. It's well made and great when you need something to protect the Duo when it's in a backpack or briefcase and the Duo won't slip out. You can order it for the duo with or without a bumper.
