I needed a small and versatile bag that could easily be used as a clutch, crossbody bag or bracelet when I don't want to carry around a big "mommy" with me. . Wallet. This Artwell bag fits the bill: attractive, made from genuine pebbled leather and large enough to hold essentials like a phone, small wallet, keys, comb, lipstick and pen. Zippers and hardware that look expensive CONS: I would give it five stars if it weren't for the fact that my Samsung J-series phone doesn't fit in the internal slot shown in the sales photos because it's less than is three inches deep. My phone protruded at least 1.5 inches from the top of the bag so my phone must occupy the main compartment. The so-called phone and document compartments are good for nothing more than storing keys and lipstick. There are no dedicated slots for driver's license/ID or other cards, so a *small* wallet is a must if you don't mind carrying it around unattended. Other buyers have solved the shoulder/crossbody strap issue and honestly it's not that bad. It's perfect for a casual look, but for more formal occasions I use it as a clutch or a bracelet.
