I loved this bag and laptop sleeve when they arrived almost a year ago. Fast forward to October 2020. The first part was the top of the laptop case (about 6 months ago). Then a piece broke off the side of the lower part of the case. And I didn't drop it either. Yesterday another piece broke off the underside of the hull. Oh, and one of the zippers on the sleeve stopped "closing" a few months ago (just got stuck). I didn't expect the case to last forever, but I was hoping it would last a few years before I had to buy another one. Especially since I don't use my laptop every day. Try to buy something else, better quality.
