Super simple design (less to break), strong, versatile and super foldable. I have a sit/stand desk with two side monitors on either side of my laptop, so I need to adjust the height of my laptop's monitor depending on whether I'm standing or sitting. It's made from fairly thick machined aluminum, so it's very light and expands and folds down for easy portability. I've been using mine for a few months now and I love it. You can't go wrong with this shelf.
