Great and cheaper than other perm kits!
Used for laminating eyebrows, works great. I have used more expensive eyelash curlers and these packs are by far the best. Each one is sealed so they don't lose oxidation like other perm kits I have in the bottle! ***Tip: I wouldn't recommend using eyelash glue to lift your hair as I've found that perms don't penetrate and I had to do it a second time (without eyelash glue) to get the desired effect.
