Good product. Easy to use. I have found that the wax heats up properly at maximum heat, especially when there is more than one pack of wax balls in the pot. The heater is automatically turned off at a certain point to regulate the temperature of the wax. I also blow on my wax to cool it down a bit before making contact with the skin. How completely the hair is removed also depends on the moisture content of the skin. I apply some baby powder to my skin after cleansing to ensure moisture is removed before waxing. This helps reduce the number of times I have to go over an area to completely remove all of the hair. The amount of wax balls gave me 2 Brazilian hair removal and 2 armpit hair removal cycles. I had some loss on my first try due to moisture on my skin.
