Great quality but makes a buzzing noise

I hear a buzzing noise when I plug in my A40 mixer amp! I have a Loop Noise Isolator but it doesn't even work with it. This makes it an even louder buzz that doesn't make any sense. I would like a new one if possible. The extra cable is excellent quality but mine may have been defective. I also tried this on my phone to see if it was the aux and to my surprise it buzzed again.
