The settings are difficult to adjust if you plan to use them for videos/images and reading texts. Unless you're using the monitor exclusively for video gaming or photo editing, and aren't too focused on reading text, it should work fine with the monitor's presets, otherwise you'll need to tweak and tweak until it suits your needs (hopefully it can adjust, I'm still working on it). I will update as soon as I start my quarter to really feel the impact of the ultra widescreen and the overall quality and usage of the monitor. So far I've used it for video streaming and just reading documents, I can't rave about how much more productive ultra wide is when multiple windows are open side-by-side at the same time. My brother used it for video games for a while and says it's a good buy. Update: My computer has received an update and it seems to have made a huge difference in improving how text is displayed on the monitor, I can now give this product an honest 5 stars! Very glad I stuck with it, apparently upgrading to my Intel graphics card completely changed the display quality of the image and text.
