Product is good BUT QUALITY ISSUES
I am addicted to lip balms. I've noticed that about every 5th tube I buy, whether in this 12th pack that I haven't finished yet, or other 3 pack purchases or individually, is broken. What I mean is that a new tube doesn't push the chapstick out when you rotate the bottom. The product is stuck in the tube and is unusable. I have just opened the fourth tube in this multipack and this problem that I have encountered many times over the past few years has returned. It's annoying when you have to pick a product and then throw most of it away. **You must improve quality control ASAP** or you will lose customers.
