I bought this mouse to play and needed an extra button to program an action. It worked fine for about 120 days, now the left mouse button is becoming increasingly difficult to press. The Corsair website says the warranty is 2 years and you need to contact the seller. In my orders there is no option to return it, I have contacted Revain Warranty and they have not responded. This problem was spotted by other Revain customers, I took a chance and now I regret not having done it. I do not recommend buying this device for any purpose, it's just not convenient to use on this site. Update my post. After spending $11 and changing it to send it to Corsair, after 2 weeks of waiting, they sent me a refurbished phone with the exact same problem. I can't even do basic office work by copying and pasting items because the button either doesn't register or is so hard to hold that it's difficult to stay on the target word/phrase. Do yourself a favor and find another mouse for gaming or general use. Upon receipt of Corsair's RMA, I will carefully consider purchasing additional Corsair products. Sending me a used version with the same problem may indicate how all returns are handled.
