Perfect! I'm 5ft 7in, 250lbs and it covers and fits just how I hoped it would. Beautiful deep colors, medium to light weight material. In Southern California, temperatures vary throughout the day and start out cool but can warm up in the middle of the day, so layering is important. . Instead of wearing a sweatshirt or sweater, this poncho is perfect for donning an outfit and folds neatly when not in use. The arm coverage is about 3/4 the length and completely covers my back. You can wrap the excess more tightly to fully cover your arms. possibly.
