Our granddaughter LOVES cute dresses but she has sensitive skin and doesn't like an itchy neck. That's why this dress is perfect for her. It has a t-shirt top made from a very soft 95% cotton and 5% spandex. It is very comfortable and easy to put on and take off by yourself! She loves the front design. She says the dress is very sparkly and the cute glittery butterfly is the perfect accent on the front. Goes perfectly with a tulle skirt. Very shiny and whimsical. And yes, it spins when it spins!
