Brilliant rain! I checked the Q&A before purchasing and the seller said the glitter will not fall out. That is not right. I literally just took it out of the packaging, gave it a gentle shake to dress my daughter in and poured in a sparkling shower. I'm also seeing glitter spots on my daughter's hand right now. Both on her and on my legs. I will say that the sequin situation isn't as bad as Belle's official Disney dress. But definitely not shiny. The design, quality and looks aren't bad for $20 (compared to a $50 Disney dress).
