Good visibility but not from the side.
The floor is pretty picky but they fit my caravan. Replaced factory bulbs that kept burning out. One started flickering on the first exit, but the ground wasn't as good there as it should have been. It should now be good enough as I used the dremel brush to remove the paint around the connection point but it was still shimmering. 100% completely bare metal removed from around connector so we'll see if that holds up. Now I'm going to paint it so it doesn't rust. Other light sources didn't seem so picky. Visibility from the side isn't great, but most LEDs aren't. The only downside of halogens.
