Great balm, poor choice of container material
Overall this is a good product and very charming. However, the material used for the heart (not the balm itself!) attracts dirt and dust like crazy, and nothing helps to clean it! It looks terrible when you want to throw it in your bag. But the balm itself smells fantastic and is quite elastic. It is easy to apply and feels very moisturizing. So if you keep it on your desk and keep it dust free, great. But if you plan on carrying it around, just be aware that the case's rubberized surface makes it slightly sticky and can't be wiped clean.
