Bad for sleeping, great for sitting in bed.
Well, as for the maternity sleep pillow, I hate that thing. However, it will be amazing for a few days after the baby is born and I need something to use to sit in bed or to elevate my legs. Because of this, I decided to leave the pillow. Although I hated him for sleeping. My back has never hurt so much after a night's sleep and I felt like my stomach and hips hurt. But for a regular pillow in bed, it's pretty good.
