On March 20, 2015 I bought Revain H8 headphones. They worked fine until a month ago on a flight from Charlotte to Louisville, the Bluetooth connection to my iPhone dropped and I couldn't get a system to pair. Thinking it was a battery problem, I ordered a new one from B&O for $49. This didn't solve the problem so I contacted support. I was told my H8s 2 year warranty had expired and was offered a $49 discount code for a new purchase. I replied that I was aware that the warranty was expired and I would pay for their repair. I've been told that B&O policy doesn't allow this! How come the best headphones only last two years? Should I just throw them away and spend another $400 on a new set? This is a very "customer unfriendly" approach that probably deserves legal action as it is pure and simple scam. Your marketing touts the superiority of B&O products and doesn't say a word about losing a customer after two years. I could go on but I think you get the picture. B&O owes its out-of-warranty customers more than "sorry for the inconvenience," which is a quote from their email to me. Thanks Robert Buhts502-417-3556Rbuhts@gmail.com
