Exactly what I was looking for I hope!

I am 27 years old but have suffered from severe trigger points and upper back tension for many years. I think it's due to rounded shoulders and poor posture when sitting at a desk for long periods, but I also have 5 herniated discs in my neck and thoracic spine which causes a lot of nervous tension along the spine. I bought this product for my desktop in hopes it would help improve my posture and relieve my upper back pain. I researched several products before purchasing this one because I need a product that specifically supports the thoracic spine. I am grateful that it was designed with the upper back in mind and is also reasonably priced compared to other products on the market. So far I am very happy with this purchase. Looking at old reviews I believe I have a newly developed product that has two straps so I have no problem with it slipping off my chair. The overall design of the product has helped me a lot to better understand my posture throughout the day and my back hugs the unique shape of the pillow very well. The chest area of the pillow hugs my spine particularly well and feels adjusted and aligned. In my opinion, the cushion material is the perfect balance between softness and delicacy. My back and shoulders do hurt a little from sitting up straight, but I'm hoping this is just the start of my back getting better. I've also noticed that I stand taller with straight shoulders even when I'm not sitting at the table. My chest seems more open. So far I highly recommend this product if you have upper back pain. I'm only giving 4 stars so far because I've been in pain for years, so only time will tell how I actually feel over time!
