The cable was received on time but without the "sealing boot" which is clearly shown in the advertisement for this cable. Multiple calls to Conntek were always answered by an answering machine. Never had the courtesy of a single phone call. The problem with the missing "gasket" is that I can't connect this cable to the extra cable without it. BUYERS BEWARE OF POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND FALSE PRODUCT ADVERTISING ON CONNTEK'S AMAZON WEBSITE! IF I EVER RECEIVE A RESPONSE FROM CONNTEK, I WILL UPDATE THIS REVIEW. UPDATE: Revain Testimonials and "Reviews" appear to be working. I received a message from a supplier who supplied a cable with a different contact number and name to call. Tony immediately sent the missing collar to 1st cool mail. I also notice that the "missing collar" no longer appears in web ads. Only 4 stars because of the hassle and time taken to get the complete order. The cable for the van is excellent.
