I have tried many times to persuade this seller to test the unit before shipping. Several items are overloaded and my hands still rebound badly, which could damage my monitors. They don't stay at any height as advertised and now I have to look way above standard to even see my monitors. If you're tall and don't want to adjust them beyond the tall construction they're fine and sturdy, but I bought them because you should be able to adjust them to any height with your hands, but that's the furthest thing from the truth . A refund is currently required. I refuse other defective, untested devices from this seller.
