The effect is strictly cumulative and individual. Read the product information carefully and draw your own conclusions based on your skin type and your situation. It’s clearly not worth trying to take it just like that, because it’s not from a cheap segment. I took it a second time. I use it in winter/spring. The first bottle was enough for three months like +/- I don’t remember exactly.
- I love how my skin feels after using it. Pores are smaller and cleaner, redness and rashes are less, it can be seen that improves skin immunity
