Lots of hardware missing

I'm pretty sure it came packaged without a couple of bags of parts. In particular, I'm missing the fourteen (14) screws required for assembly, as well as the USB drive, USB cable, and brush. Ignore the last picture in the product description. It shows a pack of 10 engraving bits, but they aren't there either; I only mention them in their own sentence because looking back at the product list they are no longer in the contents part of the box, just in the picture. The sliding blocks (referred to as elastic sliding blocks in the instructions) for X/ Portal Z are pre-assembled. Or rather, 6 out of 8 came pre-installed, and the remaining 2 don't exist. At least, I have some left over from a previous project that I was able to use to build this one. I was also able to add 10 of the 14 missing screws with whatever tools I had on hand. The instructions in the build booklet appear to refer to a different model, or at least a different version of that model. Some instructions refer to individual nodes that are already assembled, such as B. the spiral structure of a Grbl board. This was not the case as there were no sliding blocks. At least some of them I already had on hand. I guess I'll just say that unless you have a fully stocked workshop, you'll probably need to order some stuff to complete the build.
