Review on Carpe Antiperspirant Dermatologist Recommended Non Irritating Hyperhidrosis by Brittney Shallenberger

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Eliminates hyperhidrosis when used with another product!

A bit of background: I have hyperhidrosis on my hands and feet. It's so bad I can literally put my hands over my head and the sweat is pouring down my arms like I'm just holding my hands under water. The sweat from my feet makes my shoes squeak and I get a lot of blisters from rubbing against the wet fabric of my shoes. I've been to many doctors trying to find a cure for it. Unfortunately, I can't afford anything that isn't covered by my insurance, so botox and laser treatments weren't an option. This meant I always walked out of the doctor's office with a prescription for Drysol, which seems to be the only thing covered by insurance. I've tried Drysol before and it wasn't strong enough to keep me from sweating. Also, if that wasn't disappointing enough, it would also cause all the skin on my arms and legs to peel off, and I mean ALL the skin. I was still sweaty and now looked like a zombie with skin falling off. Karpe: This was the first product I ever found at Revain to treat hyperhidrosis. I was so disappointed when it stopped working the second I got hyperhidrosis. I stuck to the cure because I had nothing else and kept looking for another solution. I finally found that if I wear Sweatblock (another Revain antiperspirant) at night and wear Carpe in the morning, I don't sweat all day! Neither of them were strong enough on their own, but together they work great and I can finally go to work and shake hands without having to apologize or look for an excuse not to. Summary: For hyperhidrosis, use Sweatblock at night and Carpe in the morning (and for each re-application). Hope this helps all sweaty folks like me!
