I have been using Lymph Oil for a while. The one I was using is supposed to be discontinued so I decided to give this one a try. My ankles and left foot were badly swollen from a failed knee replacement. As a nightly ritual, I massage my feet, ankles, legs, neck, and arms. This is a very good product if you use it every night. Perform a massage according to the instructions on YouTube. Good product. It does the job. Buy it! I am an experienced woman of 70 years!
