Disappointed with this new Merrell line "SLIDE!" While the shoes fit as expected; this doesn't live up to my expectations at all of being a shoe you can "stuff" your foot in... grrrrr! The heel support is too weak to stay upright when inserting the foot into the shoe. This means you always have to bend down to pull the folded back of the shoe out from under your heel to complete the slide. Unacceptable! I've owned many versions of the Merrell flip flops, and the only version of this shoe that actually qualifies as a "slipper" was the original men's Encore Breeze (bought as the "Air Merrell" model, which is now defunct existing Herrington catalogue). ). Merrell still makes the Encore Breeze ("Air Merrell"), but only for women.
