The shape is slightly different and slightly bent during transport.
Love this hat and the style, I have the same hat in several different colors but the shape of this particular hat was slightly different. I don't like the way it sits on my head. And the fact that the carrier seemed to be a bit rough on it upon delivery, the invoice has an unnatural curve where it shouldn't be and I've tried to straighten it out but it still looks a bit odd. I like the color, but it doesn't quite fit.
