I bought this for my son and here is his review Both the hat and scarf are very thick. I haven't been able to test the set in colder weather, but warmed up quickly in milder conditions. The material is very soft and my wife and I thought it was cashmere at first (we're simple people and anything soft feels like cashmere) but was surprised it was just polyester and nylon. The scarf is long. both broad and deep hat. The combination of these qualities makes you feel comfortable with a hat pulled down and a scarf pulled up. To entertain your kids, you can also pretend to be a ninja just by showing your eyes. The design is simple but beautiful, and the Tommy Hilfiger design immediately catches the eye. With this set you are definitely paying for the Tommy brand. Cheaper scarves and hats abound, but for the fashion forward this is a great set.
