A beautiful salad will look exceptionally beautiful in this bowl. Just the right size for muesli. Or, if you really want it, this bowl is enough for a few scoops of ice cream and toppings. A bowl is a bit heavy, but its shape, design, and color make up for its weight. No problem as far as I understand. Incidentally, I was specifically looking for a somewhat vertical, low-walled bowl (rather than a vase with a drainage hole) large enough to hold a 6" diameter solar fountain pump to place on a plant stand. I have three pumps in my garden and a three tier plant stand. Very pretty among roses.
