Great price on mascara
I've been using Avon's washable waterproof mascara for probably over 30 years but haven't seen good retail prices direct from Avon for a while. This mascara never smudges or flakes and actually feels dry...not sticky or resinous once dry. It washes off easily with soap and water, although I prefer to use makeup remover to avoid staining the facial tissues. My favorite mascara.
