Review on Action camera DJI Osmo Pocket, 12MP, 3840x2160, 875 mAh, black by Petar Keremidchiev ᠌

There are deviations, generally tolerable.

I can point out the COMPLETE LACK of REPAIR and service as a separate drawback. The camera, in principle, does not imply the possibility of replacing some part, only a complete replacement with a new camera. With its pros: Compact camera with good stabilization. The ability to shoot 4k handheld, simple scenarios for automatic shooting. Its cons: I completely agree with the reviews above about the sound and viewing angle. A very delicate and fragile camera, you can only call it an action camera if you shoot sports action like chess games. The same camera is only for shooting in clean conditions, the camera is afraid of water, dust, dirt, shaking and vibration, all holes and gaps in the suspension are not protected in any way, there are no plugs on the memory card and on the charging hole. The camera itself during the shooting process is very hot, it feels like degrees up to 40-45, during the charging process too. By the way, the charge is quite small, and if you want to shoot in 4k, then you can’t do without an external battery. The camera often loses focus, or starts jerking its head often, which makes your shooting turn into a pumpkin, and the worst thing is that you will find out about this already by watching the video on the computer. Very expensive accessories, if you buy something more or less necessary (aquabox, wi-fi, wheel, external microphone, mounts and filters), then this kit will cost more than the camera itself. The firmware has not been ated for a long time and all the shortcomings of the firmware will remain with you, although there are many opportunities for improvement, for example, your scripts for head movement during shooting. And so you have several options either to shoot a time lapse at a point or to shoot a time lapse from one point to another. Time-lapses, by the way, are not shot in 4k, but only in HD, as well as shooting with capture.
