Very disappointed! I have very similar models from Target (Cherokee brand in Med 7/8) but they were out of stock. So I decided to try the FT brand thinking they were comparable?! And although the fabric is very similar and soft, they are VERY SHORT! I have twins who are 6 years old - one wears FT 7 uniforms (sweater and button down blouses) and the other wears an 8 so I ordered one of each. They looked a little short when I took them out of the box and compared them to the Cherokee brand, but I thought they were ok. I washed them once and size 7 is 2-3 inches shorter! Very strange?! I come back. Maybe I got a BAD batch or something, but not worth keeping. I guess I'll wait until Target is back on sale.
