For the price, there is nothing wrong with this windshield. Thicker polycarbonate and a more centralized attachment system to reduce leverage at the attachment points between the stainless steel brackets and the windshield shell reduce its "versatility". to fewer cars and higher prices. By swapping the brackets from right to left I was able to hide the prongs and use the third hole to attach them directly to the headlight (see photos). The result mimics the 'factory' look - and, with a 4-point attachment, represents a more secure installation. Of course, due to the increased rigidity, there is a slight increase in mechanical stress at the above-mentioned attachment points between the brackets and post more than 20,000 miles of driving in heat, cold, rain, snow and sun (from sea level to over 14,000 feet elevation) including high speed intervals (conditions permitting) little Puig more than deserved it's high score stating that the Puig replaces the more expensive, custom-built windshield and offers equivalent, if not better, wind protection.
