Best Fixing Spray

I've heard a lot about this fixing spray so I decided to try it. So glad I did. Having stayed true to my $22 spray, I will never go back. Neutrogena killed him with it. Moisturizes, makes my skin glow and the make-up stays put. I'm obsessed.
