I ordered these as part of a bathroom renovation because after the renovation was complete I realized that I needed 4 more hooks in addition to the ones I had already bought. The hooks, purchased from the bathroom showroom, cost $80 each and took almost a month to arrive. Because I was impatient and also because those extra hooks would go through places that wouldn't be very visible (behind the door and behind the door), I took a chance and ordered them. Not only do they exactly replicate my existing hooks, but they cost a fraction. They are just as heavy and have a solid, clean finish as my existing ones. Same mounting material. They come with two drywall anchors, screws and a mini allen wrench to attach the hook to the mounting bracket. The hook portion protrudes far enough from the wall to securely hold a bath towel, bathrobe, or even a couple of hangers. I particularly like that the hook is big enough to hang a towel without tedious and careful movements. Some hooks are so small or delicate that I know my husband in particular would never take the time to position the towel precisely enough to hang securely. This hook makes it easy to drop the hook and the towel is on top. The only negative I can leave is that all of these hooks are coated with a thin layer of dark grease on the trailing edge for some reason. I couldn't figure out why I had grease on my t-shirt, my arms, and on the door where I held the pre-installation hook. I had to remove the first hook from the back of the door, clean the door as well as the hook, and then reattach it. After learning that each hook had the same traces of grease, all I had to do was clean them before handling and installation. Very happy, very impressed and already re-ordered to have on hand as we plan our next bathroom makeover.
