If you're used to wearing a lot of makeup, some confidence may be required. Also keep your skin moisturized. I know water tastes gross, but for flavor, add lemon or lime wedges to cleanse the blood, or cucumber wedges because it's an electrolyte. Exercise isn't just for people who want a flat stomach, it also helps get your blood pumping and nourishes your skin, giving you a beautiful glow.
