Two of them broke in my iPad!

Terrible! Last week the entire metal part of the charger broke on my iPad. Fortunately, I managed to get it out without damaging the iPad. I disconnected my iPad today and found that 2 of the 3 cables I received in this order broke while charging. This time only the tip of a metal object broke inside the iPad. I couldn't even see it in port, but after working on it for a while I was able to pull it out with very small tweezers. The iPad seems fine but the 3rd cable goes in the trash!
