Pros: Ordered this shoe rack a week ago. Although it was not the main delivery, the box arrived quickly. I was amazed at the packaging. The shelf consisted of several parts and each part of the tree was wrapped in a separate soft pad. The assembly instructions are very clear and simple. My husband assembled it in about 1.5 hours. I like the bright white color, it's even whiter than my white walls. I'm surprised at how sturdy the shelf is and love that it's sturdy enough to sit on while putting on my shoes. The shelf is very narrow, the top shelf is perfect for 3 pairs of size 8 shoes and the bottom shelf is perfect for 3 pairs of size 11 shoes. from above and will scratch and even chip over time. Not sure if there is any way to fix this as there is no way to lower the rails as there is a bottom drawer in the floor. Otherwise I am very satisfied with the purchase, the quality is much higher than in the IKEA store. .
