I've gotten two other third party fakes on Revain for a Ray-Ban 2140 58mm but I can confirm this is the real deal. They are thick and heavy as I expected unlike the fakes I received. The hinges don't creak and allow the brackets to be closed very easily. Polarized lenses are made from thick, heavy glass (not polycarbonate) and are very clear. These are the qualities you should look for in a true 2140 58mm polarized lens. Other polarized or non-polarized models don't use glass lenses, so they're not as heavy.
