UPDATE: As mentioned once I contacted customer service they quickly sent me another one for free. It worked fine for a couple of weeks. I still give 4 stars because I want to see if it lasts longer. Original Rating: Easy installation. If it works, great! However, as mentioned in some other reviews, the zip broke quickly (within a week and a half of installing it on ours) - the fabric at the end of the zip that was supposed to 'hold' it ripped, causing the zip slider to fall out immediately and proved its worth. cannot be reset. (A stop tab at the end would be more effective!) I'm very curious about the "lock" zipper as there doesn't seem to be a locking mechanism....
